Artist Barry E. Jackson’s first major solo show “Public Strangers” opens on Saturday, Nov. 29, at TAG Gallery. Jackson’s art is known for its distinctive visual style from his celebrated career in film and animation. He created artwork for “Shrek,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “The Ant Bully.” With “Public Strangers,” the artist turns his attention to the fine art world, exploring the beauty and loneliness of urban life.
