Langer’s offers Hanukkah favorites to-go
Langer’s Delicatessen-Restaurant, the legendary Los Angeles institution known for its iconic #19 pastrami sandwich and more than 78 years of culinary excellence, announced the launch of its 2025 family-style Hanukkah dinner, available for in-store pickup. With Hanukkah running this year from Dec. 14-22, Langer’s is offering families an opportunity to celebrate the holiday with authentic Jewish comfort food prepared by one of America’s most celebrated delis.
As more Americans embrace prepared holiday meals, Hanukkah remains one of the most underserved holiday dining markets. While Los Angeles offers dozens of Thanksgiving and Christmas take-home options, few restaurants offer high-quality, traditional Hanukkah meals. Langer’s – long recognized as one of the nation’s premier Jewish delis – is stepping in to fill that gap with a festive, family-friendly menu featuring its signature brisket and classic sides.
This year’s family-style Hanukkah dinner is $195 plus tax and includes: beef brisket – Langer’s enowned slow-cooked brisket, tender and rich with creamy gravy; potato latkes – golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, served with sour cream and applesauce; vegetable medley – a colorful mix of seasonal, flavor-packed vegetables; bread selection – Langer’s famous rye bread and egg bread; dessert – choice of noodle kugel, chocolate brownie or Langer’s chocolate chip rugelach. Customers can also substitute Langer’s world-famous pastrami for brisket at no extra charge. Orders are available for in-store pickup and must be placed at least three days in advance. For information and to place an order, visit langersdeli.com or call (213)483-8050. Langer’s Deli is located at 704 S. Alvarado St.
