On Nov. 22, the Horace Mann Elementary School community came together to celebrate one of its most beloved traditions – the ninth annual Husky Hoedown. The festive event brought students, families and staff together for a joyful day of connection, fun and school spirit.
Held on the Horace Mann campus, the hoedown featured a wide array of activities, including games, face painting, a petting zoo, inflatable play zones and a bake sale. A highlight of the day was the always-anticipated chili cook-off, where community members showcased their creativity and flavor in a friendly, family-centered competition.
The event also featured generous support from local partners, including members of the Beverly Hills Fire Department and the Beverly Hills Firefighters’ Association, who prepared and served food to attendees.
The event was made possible by the Horace Mann PTA, whose planning and volunteerism transformed the campus into a celebration of community and school pride.
